The customer is responsible for inspecting the delivered products (regarding the integrity, condition, packaging etc.)

Products can be returned in the following occasions:

a. In case the products delivered were not the ones ordered and the customer received them in good faith.
b. In case a defective product was delivered and Angelina Mannequins-Shopfitting company verified the condition of the product after inspection.
c. In case the customer wants to retract from the transaction.

The method of returning the products is decided by the company.

In case the return is unilateral, without previous agreement, the transportation costs are applied to the customer while the company maintains the right not to receive the products.

The customer has a deadline of 10 working days in order to register the defective product.

Refund is possible when the company is not in position of repairing/replacing a defective product.
